Brooklyn Bell Virgin and Raw Extensions: All virgin extensions orders will be processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days. All raw extension orders will be processed and shipped out within 7-14 business days. NO REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Brooklyn's Custom Units: BK unit construction and return shipment time averages 14-21 business days but can vary or possibly be extended a few days depending on the volume of luxury unit orders in progress, or unforeseen issues with your hair contents (i.e. your hair requires extensive deep conditioning, insufficient amount of hair, last minute additional custom option requests or any requested custom options that are more time consuming than average.)
Brooklyn's Ready to Ship Units: Ready to Ship Units will ship immediately after your payment is processed. Please expect 2-3 business days for delivery.
Brooklyn's Starter Units: BK Starter Units processing time is 7-10 business days and 2-3 business days for shipping.
